Put us to the test! Use our product for up to 90 days, risk-free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the product for a full refund.


Refunds:

If you need to return your stencil, send us an email at info@multilayerstencils.com and send your item to: 106 Coleman Rd, Manchester, CT, 06042, United States.


Once your returned stencil is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, your refund will be applied immediately but it will appear on your method of payment in 3-5 business days.

 

Custom orders 

Once your custom order is placed, we will inspect that it fulfills the requirements. Then we will test that the image is good to make a stencil. If it not possible to create your stencil then the order stays on hold until further communication. If no changes can be arranged, then we will give you a complete refund.

When your stencil is made, we will ship it within 3-5 business days. 

Once your custom stencil has been cut or shipped we do not offer refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
