Refunds:

Once your returned stencil is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, your refund will be applied immediately but it will appear on your method of payment in 3-5 business days.

Shipping cost is not refundable

 

Custom HD Stencils orders

Once your custom order is placed, we will inspect that it fulfills the requirements. Then we will test that the image is good to make a stencil. If it is not possible to create your stencil then the order stays on hold until further communication. If no changes can be arranged, then we will give you a complete refund.

When your stencil is made, we will ship it within 3-5 business days.

Custom HD Stencils are non-refundable. All Custom HD Stencils are final sale.

Exchanges
